Better thinking needs something to think with

You answer a question with the knowledge you can bring to it. Learning adds to that knowledge—and gives you a chance to correct it, connect it and use it in a new situation. Foundry turns that relationship into something you can work on, on paper.

Prototype artwork

Start before you look

Write or sketch what you can explain now. Mark the gaps and assumptions. Your first attempt gives you something concrete to compare with the source.

Give every connection a meaning

A line between ideas is a beginning. Name the relationship: explains, depends on, challenges or changes. Then ask what that connection helps you understand.

Turn an explanation into a test

Change one condition. Write down what you predict before checking the result. If the result surprises you, use the mismatch to find the part of your model that needs work.

Prototype artwork

Keep it. Connect it. Come back to it

Keep a useful explanation in your own words. Give it a stable reference, link it to related ideas and return to its question later. Attempt first; then reveal, check and repair.

Your page. Your thinking

The artwork offers an invitation. The working space belongs to you. Use words, sketches and diagrams to make an explanation you can inspect, revise and return to.

What is the unBOTable Kit?

A physical learning toolkit built around illustrated prompts, writing and connected ideas. The tools shown here are prototypes; the final included-item list will be stated before orders open.

How do the pieces work together?

Use a card to choose a next move, a notebook to develop your explanation, and Constellation Paper to make the relationships visible. Keep useful ideas connected so you can revisit them.

Do I need to be good at drawing?

No. A rough sketch, a few labels and meaningful arrows can be enough. The aim is an explanation you can inspect, not a polished illustration.

Do I need AI to use it?

The paper activities can be used with books, other people and your own observations. You can also ask an AI tool for a challenge or alternative explanation, then check the response against evidence. Digital access is not specified in this draft offer.

Is this a proven learning program?

The design draws on practices such as retrieval, revisiting material after a gap and checking an explanation against evidence. The combined Foundry product and its exact practice schedule have not been experimentally validated.

Is this a preorder?

Yes—the planned offer is a preorder. The price, expected dispatch window, included items and order terms will be displayed here before checkout opens.
